Board of Health Special Meeting Notice

The Pitt County Board of Health will hold a special meeting on Monday, April 26, 2010 to hear appeals from Club 519, 5th Street Distillery, Live, and Mac Billiards regarding the administrative penalty imposed on the owner/manager of each establishment by the Health Director for violation of the Act to Prohibit Smoking in Certain Public Places and Certain Places of Employment. The appeal hearings will be held at 6:00p in the Pitt County Board of County Commissioners Auditorium, 2nd floor, 1717 West Fifth Street, Greenville, NC.
