The 2009-10 After Schools Registration Forms are now available. We will begin accepting applications on May 1, 2009. Please make sure you read the Parent Guide, NC Childcare Laws and the Discipline Policy prior to completing your application form. You will be signing a statement that you have read and understand these document on the Application Form.
Registration Fees are $25.00 per application and August fees are due at the time of registration. Fees due at the time of registration are as follows:
- $ 65.00 for One Child
- $125.00 for Two Children
- $185.00 for Three Children
