The 2011-2012 After-School Registration Forms are now available.
Please make sure you read the Parent Guide, NC Childcare Laws and the Discipline Policy prior to completing your application form. You will be signing a statement that you have read and understand these documents on the Application Form.
Registration Fees are $25.00 per application and August fees are due at the time of registration. Fees due at the time of registration are as follows:
- $ 65.00 for One Child
- $125.00 for Two Children
- $185.00 for Three Children
