CLERK TO THE BOARD

The Clerk to the Board is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the Board of Commissioners. The Clerk is responsible for creating, coordinating, and maintaining a permanent record of Board actions, including historical and current official documents, preparing the meeting agendas, and providing the necessary materials for Board meetings. The Clerk schedules and coordinates the meeting schedule for the Board, individual Commissioners, and other County representatives, as necessary. The Clerk advertises and processes citizen applications to serve on County-appointed boards and committees.
