The Engineering Department has management responsibility for the Solid Waste, Buildings and Grounds, and PATS Departments. The Department also administers the house-keeping contract and construction contracts for County facilities. Other responsibilities include technical review of private land development plans, design of some County construction projects and administration of construction related locate State and Federal regulations and policies. The Engineering Department administers and enforces the following:
