The manual of fees contains fees and charges established by the Pitt County Board of Commissioners.  The County may also impose and collect fees and charges that are established by North Carolina General Statutes and State and Federal regulations and policies.  Since these fees are not established by the Board of County Commissioners, they have not been included in the manual.  Individual County departments should be consulted regarding fees not established by the Commissioners.
