Official Zoning Map
Description: Pitt County adopted County Wide Zoning August 4, 2003 and the zoning became effective on November 3, 2003. The zoning jurisdiction for Pitt County is all property in the county that is not within and town ETJ or City Limit. |

Flood Hazard Areas
Description: The Special Flood Hazard Areas became effective in January of 2004. The 100 year flood plain, or the 1% Annual Chance Flood was delineated for Pitt County After a series of hurricanes went through the area, causing catastrophic flooding. |

2002 Comprehensive Land Use Plan
Description: Pitt County's 2002 Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) was adopted on April 15, 2002 and was amended on July 21, 2003. There are seven categories of goals for the CLUP; Growth and Development, Land Use, Transportation, Appearance, Community Services and Facilities, Natural Environment, and Plan Implementation and Administration. |

Municipal Jurisdictional Maps
Description: There are 10 municipalities in Pitt County including Greenville. Pitt County is responsible for E-911 addressing within the other nine municipalities. Those municipalities include Ayden, Bethe, Falkland, Farmville, Fountain, Grifton, Grimesland, Simpson and Winterville. |
