The Cooperative Extension is an out-of-school approach to extend the technology and research of North Carolina State University and A&T State University. It is cooperatively funded and managed by the county, state, and federal governments, providing information on subjects such as:

Pitt County Arboretum


The Pitt County Arboretum is an outdoor gardening and landscaping program of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension in Pitt County. The arboretum is made of over 18 gardens that demonstrate what can easily be done in eastern North Carolina Landscapes. The Pitt County Arboretum is located at 403 Government Circle, Suite 2, Greenville, NC 27828.
