Senior Adult Health & Wellness Programs

The purpose of Pitt County Community Schools and Recreation Senior Adult programs is to provide a safe, fun atmosphere for physical, social, and mental development in the area of health and wellness.

Classes Offered:
  • Determined to Live Healthy (Low impact aerobics/strength condition class where majority of the exercises are performed from a seated position with the use of weights and bands) 
  • Fit Beyond Fifty (Low impact aerobics)
