Children in the mid 1950s were the first to be Inoculated from Polio with the Salk IPV vaccine. Those children, now older adults, are among the first to be included in the COVID-19 vaccination rollouts. The Inoculated, sits down with several Pitt County native residents who were among the vaccinated children to learn what it was like from what they remember from during that time and to compare their thoughts and emotions about the COVID-19 vaccines.
