Director’s Report:

1. NC Association of Directors of Elections (NCADE) Conference: The conference will be held in Durham on March 23 – 25.
2. 2025 calendar: The calendar of 2025 election events was distributed.
3. Next Board meeting: Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 4:30 PM

Public Comment: None

Old Business:

1. Municipal agreements: The Director suggested edits to municipal agreements in order to have them conform to current law and State Board of Elections memorandums. Any edits will be made following the 2025 election.
2. Approve out of precinct polling places for 2025: A motion was made by Mr. Brown, seconded by Mr. Blick, to approve out of precinct polling places for the 2025 Election for the 1102A and 1510B precincts. The motion passed unanimously.
