Business:

1. Oath of Office: Derek Brown took his oath of office.
2. Adopt Early Voting plan for 2025 Municipal Elections: Etsil Mason made a motion, seconded by Debbie Avery, to establish the Agricultural Center as the in lieu of site for the entire period of early voting. The motion passed unanimously.

A motion was made by Debbie Avery, seconded by Derek Brown, to establish additional sites located at the Center at Alice Keene Park, the County Office Building (PATS), ECU Student Center, and Winterville Fire Station. The motion passed unanimously.

A motion was made by Etsil Mason, seconded by Debbie Avery, to set the hours for weekdays as 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and the last Saturday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. The in lieu of site will be open weekdays October 16 through 31 and the additional sites will be open weekdays October 27 through 31. All sites will be open Saturday November 1. The motion passed unanimously.
