Director’s Report:

1. Poll Worker training: Poll worker training is currently ongoing for both Early Voting and Election Day.
2. Next Board meeting: Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 4:30 PM

New Business:

1. Appoint Early Voting poll workers: Staff presented the list of poll workers for Early Voting. Mr. Brown made a motion, seconded by Mr. Blick, to appoint the list of workers as presented. The motion passed unanimously.
2. Relocate 1403A1 Winterville West precinct polling place: Staff presented a recommendation to relocate the polling place for the 1403A1 Winterville West precinct to Reedy Branch Free Will Baptist Church beginning with the 2026 Primary. Ms. Mason made a motion, seconded by Ms. Avery, to approve the relocation of the polling place. The motion passed unanimously.
3. Consider returned absentee ballots: The Board considered and approved 2 returned absentee ballots. Absentee ballots were fed into the DS200 voting machine. Total count on the DS200 at the beginning of the meeting was 0. Total count on the DS200 at the close of the meeting was 2.
