Director’s Report:

1. Early Voting Turnout: The total turnout for early voting as of closing Monday was 1,125. The first day’s turnout was the highest on record for a Municipal Election.
2. Next Board meeting: Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 4:30 PM

New Business:

1. Consider returned absentee ballots: The Board considered and approved 6 returned absentee ballots. Absentee ballots were fed into the DS200 voting machine. Total count on the DS200 at the beginning of the meeting was 2. Total count on the DS200 at the close of the meeting was 8.
2. Board test of voting machines: The Board tested the Election Day voting machines for the 0200A, 0301, 0401, 0601, and 0800A precincts. All machines successfully passed testing.
