Director’s Report:

1. Early Voting Turnout: The total turnout for early voting was 7,952. It’s the highest turnout of all previous Municipal Elections.
2. Next Board meeting: Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 7:30 PM (Upon motion by Mr. Blick, seconded by Ms. Avery, to meet at 7:30 PM and not meet at 5:00 PM. The motion passed unanimously).

New Business:

1. Appoint Election Day Precinct Officials: Staff presented the list of Election Day precinct officials. After reviewing the list Ms. Avery made a motion, seconded by Mr. Brown, to approved the list as presented. The motion passed unanimously.
2. Consider returned absentee ballots: The Board considered and approved 27 returned absentee ballots. Absentee ballots were fed into the DS200 voting machine. Total count on the DS200 at the beginning of the meeting was 23. Total count on the DS200 at the close of the meeting was 50.
3. Staff notified the Board that they would need to meet Wednesday to review provisionals with photo ID exception forms and Friday to consider and count provisional ballots. A motion was made by Mr. Blick, seconded by Mr. Brown, to meet at 2:00 PM Friday, November 7 to consider and count provisional ballots. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by Mr. Brown to meet at 4:00 PM Wednesday, November 5 to review provisional photo ID exception forms. The motion passed unanimously.
