    In addition to being free those who are unemployed, this class is also free for people who are working but have received notice of an upcoming layoff; or qualify for the federal earned income credit; or have a household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. Currently, 200% of the federal poverty guidelines are $24,280 for 1-person households, $32,920 for 2-person households, $41,560 for 3-person households, and $50,200 for 4-person households. Larger households have larger guidelines.
