  1. Working Smart: "Soft Skills" for Workplace Success

    There's more to job success than knowing how to do the technical parts of a job. What non-technical skills do you need to get along with supervisors and co-workers, to navigate your way through difficult situations, and to avoid ethical problems? Working Smart is a 30-hour course that will help you to better understand communication skills, problem solving techniques, and employer expectations. The course meets in eight class sessions over a two week period, from 1:00 – 4:45 on Mondays through Thursdays.

Larger households have larger guidelines.
