Pitt County has been awarded a hazard mitigation grant (HMGP 4393-0028-R) for the acquisition of sixteen (16) residential properties and is seeking appraisal services, as required by the program, for the properties. Per the grant agreement, Pitt County must contract with an appraiser licensed by the State of North Carolina to determine pre-disaster fair market value of each property. If you are available and interested in performing the requested services, please submit a written proposal with the scope of services to be performed and cost estimate, by 5:00 p.m. on December 7, 2022 to the Pitt County Planning Department, 1717 West 5th Street, Greenville, NC 27834.
