The Greenville MPO invites you to provide comment and feedback on criteria that will be used to determine transportation priorities. This criteria will help determine priorities for roadways, greenway, and bicycle and pedestrian facilities, transit, aviation and rail projects. Quantitative and qualitative measures will be used to prioritize projects.

The draft criteria is available on the MPO home page under the Public Works Department of the City of Greenville’s web site (http://www.greenvillenc.gov/government/public-works/engineering/greenville-urban-area-metropolitan-planning-organization).

The draft criteria is also available for review at the Greenville Public Works Facility, 1500 Beatty Street. Written comments will be accepted for 30 calendar days beginning October 2, 2017.

You will have an opportunity provide comments in person at the Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC) meeting on October 18, 2017 and the Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting on November 8, 2017. Both meetings are held at 1:30 pm in Room 337 of Greenville City Hall, 200 W. Fifth St.  Any comments received will be reviewed by the TCC/TAC committees.
