The Greenville Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization’s (MPO)
Preliminary Point Assignment on Regional Prioritization Projects
In accordance with State legislation and the Greenville Urban Area Metropolitan
Planning Organization’s Public Involvement Plan (PIP), the Greenville Urban Area MPO
has developed a scoring methodology to assign local input points to all eligible
transportation projects submitted through the State prioritization process. That process
establishes how the allotted MPO local input points to eligible projects. Local input
points are assigned by the MPO to reflect and rank priority projects within the MPO’s
planning area. The MPO is seeking public comment on the draft point assignments for
Regional prioritization projects.
The MPO's adopted prioritization process and draft point assignments are available at the
Greenville Public Works Facility, 1500 Beatty Street. It may also be viewed on the
Greenville Urban Area MPO web page under the Public Works Department of the City of
Greenville’s web site. Comments will be accepted through April 18, 2018 at 1:30pm.
