SOLID WASTE & RECYCLING UPDATE: The Pitt County Transfer Station will be open and accepting vegetative waste only, tomorrow, Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 8:00am - Noon. The 14 Recycling Collection Center sites will operate from Noon - 7:30pm. All collection locations will return to their regular operation schedule on Sunday, September 15, 2018.
