HOUSING REHABILITATION – 2017 Disaster Recovery Act (DRA17) rEPLACEMENT hOMEs

Pitt County COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Program


The Pitt County Planning/Community Development Program is in the process of accepting bids for its 2017 Disaster Recovery Act (DRA) program.  The purpose of the 2017 DRA program is to provide homes too low to moderate income, that are decent, safe, and sanitary. All homes will be connected to electrical utilities, septic and water systems.  All units must meet all of the specifications within this Request For Proposal (RFP).


Bids may be submitted for the 2017 DRA program to the Pitt County Planning Department/ Community Development Program, 1717 West Fifth Street, Greenville, North Carolina 27834.


Enclosed please find the Bid Proposal Sheets which must be filled out completely and attach all documentation identifying your firm’s qualifications to perform the requested services.  All bids must be returned to Pitt County Planning Department in the Development Services Building by Friday, November 30, 2018 at 5:00 PM - 1717 West 5th Street, Greenville NC 27834.
