[ARCHIVED] Pitt County to Hold 27th Annual “Making Pitt’s Babies Fit” Maternity Fair

The 27th Annual “Making Pitt’s Babies Fit” Maternity Fair will be held on Sunday, April 14, 2019 from 2:00pm-5:00pm at the Greenville Convention Center, located at 303 Greenville Blvd SW, Greenville, NC 27834. The purpose of the event is to help improve the health of Pitt County babies through the promotion of available resources to expectant and new parents, individuals who are planning a pregnancy, and to new grandparents.

The fair will feature health exhibits, items for purchase and a maternity and children’s clothing fashion show by Once Upon A Child, Maternal Expressions and Eastern NC Babywearers.  Door prizes will be awarded throughout the event, with registration available for a grand door prize, where the recipient will receive items to furnish and decorate a baby’s room.

General public admission is free, and all are invited to attend. The event is sponsored by the Pitt Infant Mortality Prevention Advisory Council (PIMPAC), Pitt County Health Department, Triple P-Positive Parenting Program, Target of Greenville, Vidant Medical Center Community Health Programs and Greenville Convention Center.
