[ARCHIVED] PUBLIC NOTICE: Pitt County Zoning Ordinance Conditional Use Permit Request (Little CUP)


The Pitt County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 20, 2019 at or after 6:00pm regarding a request for a Conditional Use Permit.  This hearing will be held in the Eugene James Auditorium on the second floor of the County Administration Building located at 1717 W. 5th Street, Greenville, N.C.

The Pitt County Planning Department is in receipt of a petition from Pamela Little requesting a Conditional Use Permit to operate a residential day care facility as required in the Rural Residential district. The subject property is identified by the Tax Assessor’s Office as Parcel Number 59588 and is located at 2107 Granite Court in Crystal Acres Subdivision in the Belvoir Township. Citizens interested in obtaining additional information on this Conditional Use Permit request should contact the Pitt County Planning Department (252-902-3250).

The purpose of the public hearing is to gather public comment and input on the proposed conditional use permit prior to consideration by the Board of County Commissioners. Those persons unable to attend the hearing may submit written questions or comments to the Clerk to the Board before the meeting.
