[ARCHIVED] Multi-Agency Press Conference Scheduled Ahead of Dorian

Pitt County joins municipalities and community response organizations in joint event. In preparation of forecasts involving probable impacts from Hurricane Dorian later this week, Pitt County Government will be joining municipal and community response partners throughout the entire County in a multi-agency press conference on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 2:00pm in the Eastern Area Health Education Center (EAHEC), located in Greenville.

Organizations invited to participate include ALL municipalities within Pitt County, Pitt County Schools, Pitt Community College, ECU, Vidant Health, Pitt County Sheriff’s Office, American Red Cross, Pitt-Greenville Airport (PGV), and Greenville Utilities Commission. This is a cooperative effort to provide information on the potential impacts from Hurricane Dorian.
