This hearing will be held in the Eugene James Auditorium on the second floor of the County Administration Building located at 1717 W. 5th Street, Greenville, N.C.

The purpose of the public hearing is to gather public comment and input on the proposed amendments to the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance prior to the decision by the Board of County Commissioners. The proposed amendments and affected floodplain maps are available for public review at the Pitt County Planning Department Floodplain Management website, https://www.pittcountync.gov/295/Floodplain-Management.
