[ARCHIVED] SURVEY: Land Use Plan for NC 43 South Highway Corridor

News_PLN

WE NEED YOUR INPUT!  Pitt County, along with its partners the City of Greenville, the Greenville Urban Area MPO, and the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT), has recently begun developing a Land Use Plan for the NC 43 South highway corridor.  This plan will be a tool to help guide anticipated growth and development along the corridor, particularly at major intersections and crossroads areas such as Hollywood Crossroads, Cox Crossing, and Chicod.

If you are a resident, own property, or operate a business within the study area, please take a few minutes to complete an online survey at www.PittCountyNC.gov/SURVEY.  This will be an opportunity for you to provide valuable input regarding the strengths, opportunities, and challenges within the corridor, as well as a chance to share your vision for how the land surrounding the corridor should develop over the next 10-20 years.  If you have any questions about the survey, please call the Pitt County Planning Department at 252-902-3250.
