PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: Pitt County Proposed FY 21-22 Budget

The Pitt County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 6 p.m. with remote participation, 1717 W. 5th Street, Greenville, NC.  The purpose of the meeting is to hear input on the proposed FY 21-22 budget. Those who want their comments read at the meeting may submit written comments to the Pitt County Clerk to the Board via email to kimberly.hines@pittcountync.gov or via regular mail to the Clerk’s attention at 1717 West Fifth Street, Greenville, NC 27834.  Written comments will be received until two hours prior to the start of the meeting and will be read into the record during the time allotted for public comment. 

·    Voice: Those who wish to physically speak during the meeting may call the Clerk to the Board at 252-902-2950 up to two hours prior to the meeting to receive instructions on how to participate virtually.  Those wishing to speak virtually at the meeting must provide their name, address, and topic to be discussed prior to receiving instructions.  Once they have called into the meeting, they will be voice-verified by Public Information Office staff, and then muted until they are called on to speak.
