More… Pitt County's Whistleblower Policy was adopted by the County Commissioners to formalize a mechanism for reporting suspected fraud related to the activities of Pitt County Government. Any person may report suspected fraud via this form or by written notice sent to the attention of the County Attorney. Reports may be made anonymously. However, if you wish to receive a response, please provide your name and a valid email address or phone number. Please report suspected abuse or neglect of a child or disabled adult directly to the Pitt County Department of Social Services by calling 252-902-1110 during business hours or 252-830-4141 when the office is closed. Also, reports of drug related or other criminal activity in the community, not involving Pitt County Government, should be reported directly to law enforcement.
