  1. L.I.F.E. STRIVE Class Orientation

    February 22, 2019, 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM

    L.I.F.E. STRIVE class is an intense process in which people who have experienced poverty or incarceration learn the skills needed for successful employment. Each cycle starts with an orientation and then lasts four weeks, with a graduation on the last day. Emphasizing responsibility, communication, and self-sufficiency, the training takes place in a simulated work environment. and that’s not the end of the road, An extensive follow-up system is used to provide post-placement support. STRIVE actively maintains contact with graduates for at least two years to help them deal with any problems.
