    This class is also free for people who are unemployed, or are working but have received notice of an upcoming layoff; or qualify for the federal earned income credit; or have a household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. Currently, 200% of the federal poverty guidelines are $24,280 for 1-person households, $32,920 for 2-person households, $41,560 for 3-person households, and $50,200 for 4-person households. Larger households have larger guidelines.

  3. Registration Deadline for 3-Week Advanced Manufacturing Institute Training Program

    September 20, 2019, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    This short course prepares workers for jobs in advanced manufacturing at Penco, Weyerhauser, Hyster-Yale, Mestek, Farrior & Sons, Domtar, Fuji Silysia, AccuLink, and other employers. The class meets from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM every Monday through Thursday beginning on September 23 and ending on October 10. Participants must have a National Career Readiness Certificate in order to register. The last day for registration is September 20.
