Open Meetings Law
Soil and Water Conservation District Board is a public body. (See NC G.S. 143-318.10) All public bodies must comply with NC Open Meetings laws. Each official meeting of the public body shall be open to the public, and any person is entitled to attend such a meeting. (See NC G.S. 143-318.10) Clerk to the Board should have a copy of the regular schedule published meeting schedule. Any changes to the regular schedule require 7 days’ notice.
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Pitt Soil and Water Conservation District Board, will be held on Tuesday, January 27, at 9:00 a.m. in the Pitt County Agricultural Center’s Conference Room located at 403 Government Circle, Greenville, N.C.
