PUBLIC NOTICE: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
Pitt County, NC, is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified engineering, surveying, and environmental consulting firms interested in providing services for limited due diligence services for the Pitt County SelectSite. These services support compliance with the EDPNC SelectSite Readiness Program (SRP) Grant requirements.
Interested firms are invited to submit proposals (in the required quantity and format) by 5:00 p.m., Friday, February 13, 2026 to the following:
