Notice of Meeting
The Pitt Soil and Water Conservation District Board will meet at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9, in the Conference Room of the Pitt County Agricultural Center, 403 Government Circle.
The Soil and Water Conservation District Board is a public body (NC G.S. 143-318.10). All public bodies must comply with North Carolina Open Meetings laws. Each official meeting of a public body shall be open to the public, and any person is entitled to attend. (NC G.S. 143-318.10)
The Clerk to the Board must keep a copy of the published regular meeting schedule. Any changes to the regular schedule require seven days’ notice.
