    I hereby agree that the information I have provided in this application is valid. I understand that submitting this application is not binding and does not guarantee that I will be selected to work as a volunteer at the Pitt County Animal Shelter. I also understand that submitting this application does not qualify me to begin volunteering at the Pitt County Animal Shelter before going through proper training as instructed by the Volunteer Coordinator.

    Once accepted, volunteers are required to print, read, and complete the Pitt County Government Volunteer Services Memorandum of Understanding and Release of Liability Form from Animal Services. 

    If the applicant is underage, a Parent/Legal Guardian Consent Form from Animal Services must also be submitted.

    Submit the completed volunteer paperwork at the Animal Shelter, or by email to Ashley.Case@pittcountync.gov.
