Submit Your Vendor Application and Release
If your products meet the criteria and you have an Employer Identification Number (EIN), complete the Complete the Online Vendor Application Form.
After your application is approved,
you must also Submit Your Vendor Release and Waiver Form.
Online forms go directly to the Market Manager. You may also print and submit your application and release in person or by mail at the address below:

Vendor Fees
Fees are required upon application approval. These fees cover application processing, booth rental, equipment use, and facility maintenance:
- Annual Membership Vendor Fee: $150.00/year
- PRN (Fill-In) Vendor Fee: $75.00/year
- Special Event Fee: $25.00/event
- Use of Refrigerator or Freezer On Site: $50.00/year
