As part of the national settlement, Pitt County has signed the North Carolina Memorandum of Agreement , which outlines how the funds will be used to combat the opioid overdose crisis. Finalists selected through the Letter of Intent process will be invited to submit a full application. To be considered for funding, applicants must complete the Letter of Intent form. The county plans to fund multiple projects for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. Please ensure the Letter of Intent is completed by answering all questions and submitting it by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
