Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Pitt Soil & Water Conservation District Board is held on first Tuesday of each month. All meetings begin at 9:00 a.m., excluding the December meetings, which start at 10:00 a.m. in the Soil & Water Conservation District conference room located at 403 Government Circle, Suite #4, Greenville, N.C.
Soil & Water Conservation District Board is a public body. (See NC G.S. 143-318.10) All public bodies must comply with NC Open Meetings laws. Each official meeting of the public body shall be open to the public, and any person is entitled to attend such a meeting. (See NC G.S. 143-318.10).
Clerk to the Soil & Water Board should have a copy of the regular schedule published meeting schedule. Any changes to the regular schedule require 7 days notice.
