Pitt County Celebrates Major Economic Development Milestones
Boviet Solar USA recently celebrated the grand opening of its $294 million facility in Greenville, which is expected to create more than 1,300 clean energy jobs. Also, Economic Development Director Kelly Andrews visited Nipro Corporation’s headquarters in Japan ahead of the company’s $397 million investment, set to bring 230 new jobs to the region.
These major milestones come just in time for Economic Development Week, taking place May 11–17.
