New Enterprise Permitting & Licensing Portal Set to Launch in Late April.
Engineering, Permitting, MIS, and Planning & Development are working together to streamline services, making it easier than ever for residents to do business with the County. By late April, Pitt County’s online Enterprise Permitting & Licensing system will allow contractors, developers and homeowners to apply for septic and well permits, building permits, site plans, erosion control, stormwater and make online payments through the new Permitting Portal.
