Your Blood Donation Can Make a Lifesaving Difference
Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood—whether due to an accident, surgery, cancer treatment, or chronic illness. While emergencies can happen at any time, your donation helps ensure a steady blood supply is available when it's needed most.
The American Red Cross Blood Drive will be held on Wednesday, May 8, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Pitt County Agriculture Center Auditorium.
All are welcome to donate—you do not need to be a Pitt County employee to participate. Family members, friends, and members of the public are encouraged to join us!
Walk-ins are accepted, but scheduling an appointment is highly recommended.
Booking ahead gives you access to the RapidPass system, which can significantly reduce your check-in and wait time.
