Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Pitt County Agricultural Advisory Board will be held on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Pitt County Agricultural Center’s Conference Room.
OPEN MEETINGS LAW
Soil and Water Conservation District Board is a public body. (See NC G.S. 143-318.10) All public bodies must comply with NC Open Meetings laws. Each official meeting of the public body shall be open to the public, and any person is entitled to attend such a meeting. (See NC G.S. 143-318.10)
Clerk to the Board should have a copy of the regular schedule published meeting schedule. Any changes to the regular schedule require 7 days’ notice.
