Leases for County Owned Property
This serves as public notice that Pitt County intends to enter into lease agreements with interested individual citizens who have applied to lease certain properties acquired through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. The Board of County Commissioners will consider authorization of these leases at its October 6, 2025 meeting at 6 p.m. in the Eugene James Auditorium at the County Administration Building, 1717 W. Fifth St., Greenville, N.C. 27834.
The lease agreements will each have a term of ten (10) years and cost one dollar ($1.00) per year, payable as ten dollars ($10.00) in advance for the full term of each lease.
