Have an Issue with Your Transportation?

If you experience a problem with your ride, we encourage you to file a complaint within 24–48 hours of the incident. Pitt Area Transit System (PATS) staff are available to assist passengers with questions, comments, and ADA-related concerns. Providing timely feedback with as much detail as possible helps us improve our service.

All complaints should be reported as soon as possible after an incident to allow for timely review and response. 
PATS staff will make every effort to resolve your concern quickly and effectively.

Discrimination Complaints

If you believe you have experienced discrimination based on race, color, creed, sex, age, national origin, or disability, complete and file a written complaint using the form below. Complaints must be submitted within 180 days of the incident.

When Filing Any Complaint with PATS, Please Include:

  • A clear explanation of the incident or concern
  • Your name, address, and phone number
  • The date, time, and location of the incident
  • The vehicle number and/or driver’s name
