Triple P Positive Parenting Program
Building Parent Confidence to Build a Stronger Family
Parenting can be rewarding, challenging, and sometimes overwhelming. Backed by more than 35 years of research and over 230 global studies, this evidence-based program promotes confidence and resilience in children and teens while helping prevent problems before they begin. It offers free classes, hands-on resources, and support from trusted local partners to provide practical tips, encouragement, and connections that guide your family’s journey, strengthen relationships, reduce stress, and give children the best start in life.
Parents can choose the level of support that fits their needs, from short seminars and discussion groups to structured courses and one-on-one sessions, available in person or online. The Triple P Program has both in-person and online options. Links to the online programs will be found under each section in the tabs below. The program is open to all parents and caregivers of children from birth to age 17 and can be tailored to topics such as managing behavior, encouraging healthy development, and building positive routines.

Supporting Parents Through the First Year
Helping parents prepare for the transition to parenthood and the first year with their child. The program promotes sensitive, responsive care during the perinatal period and offers practical strategies to build a strong parent–child bond. Parents learn skills to support healthy development, encourage new behaviors, and create a positive family routine.
Who Can Participate?
Parents who are expecting or have a baby up to 12 months old.

Practical Parenting Strategies for Everyday Childhood Challenges
Targeted intervention designed to help parents create effective parenting plans for common behavior and skill development challenges. Strategies address issues such as tantrums, fighting, toilet training, independent eating, bedtime routines, and more. The program can be completed in person over 2–4 sessions (15–30 minutes each) or through the free online program.
Who Can Participate?
Parents of children from birth to age 12 who are experiencing mild behavior challenges.

Support can be provided in person across 2–4 sessions, 15–30 minutes each, or through the free online program.

Foundations to Help Kids Face Fear & Anxiety with Confidence
Supporting parents and caregivers in learning cognitive–behavioral strategies to help children manage anxiety. The program encourages parents to apply these skills with all their children, building resilience and confidence across the family.
Who Can Participate?
Parents and caregivers of children ages 6–14 who experience moderate to high anxiety that interferes with daily life.
