Guiding Growth and Protecting Community Resources

Evaluating development projects across the county, the Technical Review Committee reviews plans to ensure they meet standards for safety, infrastructure, and environmental protection. The committee makes recommendations to the Planning Board, approves plats and construction plans, stormwater plans and soil erosion and sedimentation control plans to promote orderly growth while safeguarding community resources.

Agendas are posted prior to meetings, and minutes are available after approval.

Construction Plans, Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans

The Technical Review Committee (TRC) reviews construction, stormwater, sedimentation, and erosion control plans. All TRC meetings are scheduled for 9:00 AM in the conference room of the Development Services building. Pitt County.
